Mit der \u201aneoliberalen Wende\u2018 der 80er- und 90er-Jahre wird sie um eine Dimension erweitert: Die wachsende Bedeutung des Finanzsektors in den europ\u00e4ischen Volkswirtschaften erforderte freien Kapitalverkehr und m\u00f6glichst einheitliche Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr die wachsenden Finanzkonzerne. Ein integrierter europ\u00e4ischer Finanzmarkt ist jetzt das Ziel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Was hat der Euro damit zu tun? Welche Strategie verfolgt die EU?
